BALANCEDBODY workouts incorporate every aspect of the dancers’ approach to training, and what they do to make themselves superb athletes. Dancers use additional forms of training beyond their daily class regimen, ranging from weight-training to martial arts exercises. BALANCEDBODY sessions combine stretching with strengthening and aim to improve body tone giving clients greater flexibility, cardiovascular stamina and better posture. All the exercises are devised to be suitable for anyone to accomplish. All BALANCEDBODY Trainers are both Certified Personal Trainers and Professional Dancers.
